COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Power Electronics M1546H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pro-face products, including obsoleted and phased-out Power-Master parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Prism product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pro-face such as the FP2600T11 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 71616G3U40451E manufactured by Power-Master and we are pleased to be able to service most Power-Master systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JP6200 by Manufacturer Prism as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Powermation Brand 725NApu in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pro-face such as AGP3300HS1D24YELKEY equipment made by Pro-face have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pro-face products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pro-face" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 0207120 made by Proscientific-Inc. as well as the popular GLC300BCB41 original spares produced by Proface Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3007140 by Qem and AGP3300HS1D24YELKEY spares by Pro-face are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SB5602Q Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Qlogic. |
